BCC Holiday Basket Volunteers
Dear Prospective Volunteer,
We are excited for your interest in volunteering for the Holiday Basket Volunteer Program.
For over 88 years, the Burbank Coordinating Council Holiday Basket Program has provided assistance during the holiday season for economically disadvantaged families. Burbank citizens have been an integral part of this program! We hope you will continue to support this program.
Who can volunteer?
Volunteers 12 years of age and up are welcome.
How can you help?
If you or your organization would like to volunteer, please visit our Volunteer Sign Ups and select the time that best matches your availability. Even if you are part of an organization, you must sign up individually.
What happens after you sign up to volunteer?
When your sign up is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation. We will send a text reminder 2 days before your shift. On your volunteer day, we will train you on your task. Please make sure you sign up for shifts you can do because not showing up will hinder our efforts.
Can’t volunteer? There are more ways in which you can help! Consider:
Financial donations made through our website! We accept PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Checks can be mailed to our P. O. Box- made payable to Burbank Coordinating Council.
Donating water or snacks for our volunteers- click here to sign up!
Purchase an item from our Amazon Wishlist. You can also buy an item we listed on our website.
Share our flyers and information on your social media platforms
If you would like more information, please contact Gabe Ayala at (323) 394-3944.
We are so grateful for your willingness to serve as a volunteer with Burbank Coordinating Council’s Holiday Basket Program. By embracing the spirit of giving, we will make this an amazing holiday season for many in our community. Thank you for making a difference. Your involvement in our program in any capacity is appreciated and valued!
